Welcome

Make a reservation here:

Check-In / Check-Out

Directions:

Turn off of Hwy 2 onto Mill St.  117 Mill St. is the 2nd house on the left - brown with green roof and red flower boxes.  Here's a map.

Check-In:

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.  When you pull into our driveway, your parking spot is immediately to the left, just in front of the "Guest Parking" sign. We recommend pulling forward and backing in (but mind the rocks!).  Our dog, Shep, will bark to let us know you're here, and we'll come out to meet you.  If for some reason we're not around, just follow the path and let yourself in; the right side of the double doors will be unlocked.

The Shedd is a bit like an old car: when someone uses it for the first time, a few things need to be explained.  Below you will find some tips on "operating" the Shedd.

The wifi password and our cell phone numbers are on the first page of the guest book on the desk. Let us know if you need anything.

Check-out:

Check-out is at 11:00. No need to clean things up; just grab your things and go.

about

Your Hosts

We're the Keziahs.

Bettina grew up in a Bed & Breakfast in Leavenworth, making crepes in the morning and beds in the afternoon.  She is in charge of hospitality. Tom grew up in High Point, North Carolina, furniture capital of the world. He is in charge of making and fixing things, and planting and watering. Together, we manage to keep the Shedd and its outdoor spaces tidy and cozy for our guests.

We have four children, and three of them have flown the coop. Lily, age 15, still lives at home with her companions, Tiger the Cat and Shep the Dog.

Thanks for staying with us.
